SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
This Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
By accessing and using our website, using our services such as placing an order through the website you agree to the Shipping & Returns Policy.
Orders
You must not order or receive products from us:
· If you are under 18 years of age; and/or
· For re-sale purposes, all goods purchased from the website must be for personal consumption/use.
We reserve the right to either accept or decline any order for the delivery of goods, whether in full or part. We hold no liability to you for goods that cannot be supplied, but will refund amounts paid for undelivered items subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Delivery
Unless you specify otherwise at the time of sale, it is understood that you require us to deliver the products you have purchased. Delivery will be conducted through Australia Post unless stated otherwise. Any delivery timeframes provided by us are merely indicative. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred due to non-compliance with the specified delivery timeframes or any delays for any reason. Note that our wine delivery services are limited to Australia.

Returns & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes. You must ensure the accuracy of all product and delivery details.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If a product you have purchased from us is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by your misuse), wrongly described, or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will refund your money, exchange or, where possible, repair the product. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return. Please contact us via email at winemaking@adelaide.edu.au for assistance.
Except as set out in these Terms & Conditions, and to the extent permitted by law, our products and service is provided on an as-is basis and we disclaim all warranties and guarantees, whether express or implied by law and exclude liability in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
