Beginning over 90 years ago at Roseworthy College, we are the longest running Viticulture and Oenology degree in the Southern Hemisphere. Positioned within the stunning Waite Campus in Adelaide we continue the tradition of teaching winemaking to the next generation. We proudly produce wines from the Waite's Coombe and Alverstoke vineyards as well as from the outstanding regions surrounding the campus: the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Adelaide HIlls and Langhorne Creek.
